This is a 19th Century Pressed Horn Netsuke of Coral Diver, as shown in the photos Excellent preserved condition Netsuke is unsigned. It measures 1.20 inches (3.1cm) wide, and 1.57 inches (4.0cm) tall. A similar netsuke was sold at Zacke Galleries, Vienna, Austria, on 22 June 2019, for $1752.00.
