This is very nice carving of a Lucky Monkey on a Horse over a pedestal that functions as a seal. The material is Celadon and Russet Jade, very nicely polished. The bottom of the seal shows a couple of Chinese characters, as well as bamboo branch. The carving is in excellent preserved condition, as shown in the posted photos.
